Assign legacy contacts
Choose the people who should receive your information — your spouse, your children, your solicitor, or anyone you trust. Each person goes through their own identity verification, so your documents are only ever released to the right people. You can assign different contacts for different documents.
Set release conditions
You decide what needs to happen before your information is shared. Documents can be released after passing, verified with a death certificate, or after incapacity, verified with a medical certificate or court order. Nothing is ever released without proper documentation and careful review.

Your plan is in place. When the time comes, your chosen contacts submit the required documentation and our team carefully verifies everything through a secure, audited process. Only once everything is confirmed are your documents shared — and your family has 90 days to access what they need, giving them time without pressure.
